  • Proven expertise in setting and achieving significant double-digit (40%-100%) revenue ACGR in multinational enterprise software vendors in the $2M - $20M range
  • Extensive experience bridging the gap between the business and the technical sides of the company
    • 23 years in software, primarily with enterprise independent software vendors (ISV)
  • Experience with start-ups, mid-stage and mature companies, both public and private
    • Effectively managing virtual organizations - US, Canada, UK, Western Europe

Product Management

  • Successful software Product Management, multiple award winners, successful product launches
  • Product management for multiple software product families
  • Directed the bundling and launch of a new software program product line
    • Product was awarded 2008 Innovator of the Year award from Xplor International and an Honorable Mention in the 1:1 Communications category by OnDemand in 2009.
  • Reposition 80+ products into defined product families to better position products in the marketspace.
  • Worked with Gartner to include ADF products in the 2008 Gartner ADF 2.0 Marketscope report.
  • Work with counsel to establish IP (trademarks)

Product Development

  • Successful software Product Management, multiple award winners, successful product launches
  • Lead and directed software development efforts for entire product lines - legacy to new releases
    • Managed technical staff of over 20 - architects, programmers, QA, documentation
  • In-depth experience with the complete software product life cycle (SDLC)
    • Waterfall, Cascading Waterfall, Agile/Scrum
  • Directed the design and implementation of a new software program product
    • Awarded Product of the Year from Imaging and Document Solutions Magazine.
