A New Challenge?

I’m looking for an enterprise software company in need of help to expand and grow both their revenue and product lines. My ideal match is a small, growing independent software vendor (US or European) where I will wear multiple hats and be personally involved in Product Development and/or Product Management.

My title is less important than what I can do to assist the company in achieving its growth objectives.

Company Profile

  • Enterprise software vendor
  • SMB, annual revenues $1M - $20M
  • Experiencing growth (or no growth FY09 but growth in prior years)
  • Multinational customer base or wanting to go multinational

Company Issues

  • Annual revenue growth slow, owners want to accelerate the growth
  • Annual revenue growth acceptable but no long term plan to sustain that growth
  • Company has limited visibility in the marketplace; viewed as a tool/utility vendor, not a solutions vendor or thought leader
  • Company needs to expand into new marketspaces; functional, vertical or geographic
  • Company’s products need to grow – incorporate new technologies, new architectures
